Kadee Couplers Starter Packs

Volunteers on the Sales Stand have often been asked "what do I need to start using Kadee couplings?" So Association Sales is offering three Starter Sets to help you to get going, at a discount of about 10% on normal prices (and don't forget all members receive free post and packing on modelling goods sales).

A copy of Brian Cameron's Narrow lines article on starting with Kadees is also included with each set, together with data sheets and dimensions for the ranges of couplings and uncouplers normally stocked by the Association. KADEE TRIAL STARTER SET (KDS3)

This set contains couplings for four vehicles and consists of:

  • 2 packs of Kadee No.5 Couplers (for 4 vehicles)
  • 1 KD206 Height Gauge
  • 1 KD231 tube of Graphite Lubricant
  • 1 KD241 Manual Uncoupler and Spring Pick Tool
  • 1 KD321 Between-the-rails, delayed action, magnetic uncoupler (pack of 2)

 

 

 

KADEE BASIC STARTER SET (KDS1)

This set contains couplings for eight vehicles and consist of:

  • 4 packs Kadee No.5 couplings (for 8 vehicles)
  • 1 KD206 Height Gauge
  • 1 KD231 tube of Graphite Lubricant
  • 1 KD241 Manual Uncoupler and Spring Pick Tool
  • 1 KD1020 Reverse-acting Coupler Tweezers
  • 1 KD321 Between-the-rails, delayed action, magnetic uncoupler (pack of 2)

This set contains couplings for eight vehicles and consists of:
